An authentic ’60s cloth has produced a 1960s-style dress – this 1960s Kaleidoscope shift dress at the V&A.

It’s a tunic/shift dress in an early to mid-60s style, produced with a cloth that has been reproduced by the V&A. That cloth being the colourful Kaleidoscope, which was created by Mary Harper for Edinburgh Weavers in Carlisle around 1960.

The dress is exclusive to the V&A, available in various styles and yours for £95. Not that there’s also a ’60s-style tunic in the same cloth too.
