Trust me, this is the first time we’ve mentioned Asda on this site (I think) and possibly the last. But we’ve just been pointed towards these 1960s-style G21 shift dresses by George at Asda, which look pretty good value.

At least they are if you want a mid-60s style shift dress. That’s what you get here, with two options largely following the same ‘look’, including a contrasting ‘peter pan’ collar and keyhole fastening at the back.

Both obviously differ when it comes to the cloth. The one to the left is described as a ‘geo print’ and is in black, while to the right, you get a ’tile print’.

Both priced the same though – £16 each.

Asda always used to do lovely retro inspired frocks during the mid naughties, but then disappeared. Glad to see they are back with gusto!
