The much-loved 1970s Adidas Dublin trainers are back once more and like other recent reissues. the St Patrick’s Day finish is a Size? exclusive.

The Dublin has always sold out straight away when reissued, from the 2010 reissue through to the one at the back end of last year. But this one isn’t quite the Dublin you might know and love.

The shape is faithful to the 1976 City Series shoe. Indeed, this shape was later used for the London, Koln and Berlin City Series shoes too, so hard to change a ‘classic’. It’s all about the finish.

This finish is a smooth suede upper dyed in an emerald green with ‘off white’ leather stripes, a black midsole unit and a ‘subtle’ Shamrock graphic on the insole branding. Same shoe, different colour if you like.

Of course, it is also a Size? exclusive and previous knowledge suggests this will mean a tough time getting a pair. Not having a go at Size?, it’s just a fact that these reissues are incredibly popular and there will not be enough to go around. That means you’ll have to box clever. Get up early and make sure you are ready online or in a queue at a Size? store. Whatever works for you.

The date for the diary is Saturday 17th March (of course) and the price is £85.
