The first selection of designs cleared out in a matter of days, so it is no surprise to see the second instalment of the Bradley Wiggins x Fred Perry range launching earlier than expected. In fact, it is available to buy from this week.
For the second instalment of this six-part range, Wiggins has once more mixed the cycling look with classic Fred Perry gear, with the early items from the autumn range offering a long-sleeved cotton pique shirt updated with ‘specially designed Bradley stripe’ and a rear hem pocket complete with a sports heritage style zip. The cotton pique shirt will also return in three new colours – black, olive and enamel blue.
That’s only half the story though. Slim fit half zip merino wool shirts with drop hem and GB Stripe detail will be available for the colder months later in the year.
If you want only of these things, they are likely to sell through quickly as previously. A preview evening will be held at five selected Fred Perry shops in Nottingham, Cardiff, Manchester, Brighton and Paris on the 22nd August from 7pm – 9pm, with the chance to get your hands on the shirts first. You can find out more about that here.
The collection will be available in all Fred Perry Authentic shops and online generally from 23rd August via the link below from that date. Might be an investment too, the original collection has been getting high prices on eBay.
