Regular readers will know that we flagged up the David Bowie Any Day Now: The London Years 1947 – 1974 book by Adelita some time back. But we’ve just noticed another version, a rather pricey limited edition.

If you are a fans of Bowie’s ’60s output, it might still have appeal though. That era is covered significantly in this book, along with his early ’70s career. But what makes this special is an exclusive early photograph, a previously unpublished shot from this debut album on Deram, a  signed colour print by Gerald Fearnley.

On top of that, the limited edition has 12 individually printed tip-ins of rare early career Davie Jones and David Bowie memorabilia fixed inside, a black cloth-bound clamshell case with silver embossed titling and bright red pull ribbon, hand finishing and of course, all the material from the original publication.

There’s a video showing just what is inside, which you can see below. But you’ll need to dig deep to own one. A limited edition of just 475, it sells for an eye-watering £175.
