I am an Artist from the Birmingham Area who's recently thrown in the 9 to 5 towel of being a commercial graphic artist with an agency, in order to
concentrate on making a go of my own artwork, and I wanted to let you all know about the current range I've been producing.
I have produced a series of A1 and A3 sized Artworks which reflect my influences and passions as their main theme, namely the 'Mod' subculture of the 1960's and Classic Italian Vespa and Lambretta Scooters.
I should stress that what I've created isn't just another series of 'Red, White and Blue' targets like you see all over the likes of Ebay and other places -
I've focused on the actual styles of the main 'movers and shakers' in the Art world at that time, the likes of Lichtenstie
n, Johns, Kienholz, and Warhol.
I've taken their influence and created a series of artworks depicting classic Italian Scooters from the 1960's, all reproduced in the 'Pop Art' style that is so evocative of that era.
I have attached some Jpeg copies of my Artwork, these are available as either A1 or A3 Prints, or as A1 Canvas paintings.
