sye, not keen on the loafers/tapered trousers combo ... tapered trousers make anyone look like a turnip ... but fair play if you like em. i like the colour combos though.

and i agree the specs are lovely, suits you sir.

vessa, i have but one pair of mid gray trousers and i never wear em and you just reminded me why ... they're a real f**ker to co-ordinate with anything. i'd say you've come close to pulling it off ... but no cigar this time.

Nice to be back having a bit of judgement on my threads.

Natty, i remember your tapered trouser - turnip/spinning top comparison from before, made me chuckle but i'll keep wearing them cos i like em...I think yr right about the shoes, i think loafers look alright but a chisel toe thin soled lace up or slip on would look better.

Steve, top's from Zara. Got a smedley exactly the same but the Zara one just fits better.

Glad the specs got the thumbs up though cos i got them as a distraction from my lack of hair these days...make s me forehead look not as big. Was inspired by Wayne Hemmingway, always liked the way he looked.

Vess - i quite liked them colours. I've got mid grey trews & only wear with black or red but thought that purple looked alright.

Sye - Did you ever think, when a school(seeing as you posted a reunion pic) that you would be buying specs to camoflage your forehead... .. Grin we're all pushin on methinks... ..

No Vess i didn't. I was a raver in them days wearing Chipie cords & Chevignon jumpers with Red Kickers & my hair was of the textbook raver variety, all long & curly.

Sye. I picked up two of those Zara cotton polo's at the weekend (white and a brown one). I agree nice fit and first wash seems to have gone OK. Picked em up for £10 so can't be bad. Seems to be good cut as did not need to size down to get a slim fit for once in high street sizes.
