International Ska festival

by Modculture 6 February, 2008

In an era where festivals are on every weekend in every part of the UK it was only a matter of time before a weekend festival was solely dedicated to Jamaican music. The Ska Splash festival has been set up by the folk behind Jet’s "Carry On Ska", long-term promoters of live ska and reggae music, and is scheduled to be a 3-day affair over the weekend of 25th-27th of April in sunny Skegness. Highlights from the line-up have to be Syramip (ft. Roy Ellis), The Pioneers, and Prince Buster, but there’s many acts and DJs throughout the weekend. Here is the line-up: Skasplash2b
