This is an interesting one. Some of you might remember us flagging up the 1960s Type 3 Jean Jacket in suede, which was recently reproduced by Aero after Levi’s had long abandoned the jacket. Well, months later and the Levi’s vintage suede Trucker Jacket is here.

Yes, the same jacket (almost). As we said previously, Levi’s hadn’t been near this for 20+ years and even then, it was confined to the Japanese market. Maybe the interest in the Aero product has pushed Levi’s into action? Who knows.

Anyway, the Levi’s version is in an Italian calf suede and in brown, matched with a leather spread collar. Other detailing includes a branded snap closure placket, double chest pockets, embossed studs and snap fastening side cinches.

This Italian-made jacket sells for £679. The Aero version is less, at £500.
