Block prints might be one of the most obvious ways to get some 60s mod style, but when they’re done right there’s nothing more striking. This Marks and Spencer linen dress is a bit of a grown up version of a very moddish classic.
The silhouette is simple and square for a sixties feel, while the slightly longer hemline makes it much more suitable for frequent wear, whatever your age. The use of monochrome colours in the print makes this a bold, strikingly modernist item that needs no accessory.
It’s at Marks and Spencer now for £29.50.
