Thanks to Ben for pointing out that Mod Couples isn’t the only mod photography project on the block. Mods and Sods by Jamie Garbutt is also ongoing – and is well worth checking out.

This London-based photo project, which has been running for some time, does what you expect it to do – capturing people within the mod scene, but with more focus on what you would traditionally define as mod (compared to Mod Couples, which pushes the boundaries beyond what you would expect).

A pick of the images is on show here and on the Jamie Garbutt site. They’re very well staged and certainly does mod in the modern era proud. If you want to know more about the project, you can get in touch with Jamie on his website.
