Good news if you are a fan of Mojo 60s – the new edition (number five) has hit the shelves this week.

Looks like a winner too.

The cover star is the 1960s incarnation of David Bowie, with the magazine offering up a 20-page ‘investigation’ of Bowie’s mod beginnings. There’s also a look at The Who’s early years, Howling’ Wolf’s electric blues, George Martin, The Monkees’ Head movie, Terry O’Neill’s iconic early images of The Rolling Stones, MC5 and more.

In addition to the words, there are ‘pull-out art prints’ of Steve Marriott and David Bowie in their ‘mod pomp’ too. Grab one from your local newsagent or pick one up online here.
