Jazzman

Some new 7-inch vinyl reissues from the Jazzman label are on the market, which may or may not appeal.

The first is a cracker, Lee Moses' version of Reach Out, I'll Be There on the Jazzman label, with Day Tripper on the reverse. It's drum-tastic. Second of the bunch is Six Degree South, Loving You is Too Far Out Pts 1 & 2, which is described as an 'impossibly rare and highly desirable funk 45 out of Texas with an earthy combination of sultry female vocals, dark psychedelia and rough n tough street funk.'

Finally, the Jukebox Jam label offers up Chris Powell's I Come From Jamaica b/w Country Girl Blues. That's described as 'a wild Carib-Jazz flavoured RnB gem flipped with a big and brash big city jump blues number!' All are in limited numbers, so get in now if any of those float your musical boat.
