Established in September 1998, The Underground was formed by 4 like-minded people with the committed idea of organising quality events and rallies with an honest and traditional approach to it all.
We believe in quality venues, a friendly atmosphere and above all, a passionate love of music ranging from Soul, R n' B, Jazz, British R n' B and 60's. We welcome all who believe in the same - Northern, 60's and Scooter scenes - you are all part of it. Our aim is to keep this common attitude alive and to provide a place for all these people to share it together and have a fantastic time.
Our evening events promote a smart dress policy. If you've been before you know the score. If you haven't, come along and make up your own mind. We are not a money making or full-time business and we volunteer our own spare time to do our best for the scene. As long as our costs are covered and the support continues then we can help to keep this great scene alive and kicking.
