Pigeon Toed Orange Peel in Frome

Pigeon

Where's Frome? I didn't know until 5 minutes ago. It's apparently in Somerset, 15 miles from Bath, Glastonbury, Wells, Warminster and Trowbridge – and it's also the place where you'll find Pigeon Toed Orange Peel.

According to the organisers, it's a (roughly) bi-monthly club night featuring three DJs (including Shindig! magazine's Andy Morten) spinning dancefloor-heavy '60s soul, Motown, garage, psych, rare groove and the hippest vintage rock, all in the confines of The Granary, an ancient granary that resembles a '60s/'70s social club.

Free entry, but donations are always welcome. The next one is on Saturday 6th November, kicking off at 8:30.
