If you are a fans of the iconic pop artist, you might want to get down to the Hang-Up Gallery in London next month for Pop – an exhibition of prints by Sir Peter Blake.

The exhibition will showcase a unique and quirky collection of rare prints and canvas editions that the godfather of British pop art has produced over the decades. From pop-inspired pin-up posters to his nostalgic and unusual alphabet series, the show will celebrate the extraordinary and highlight how Sir Peter’s earlier works continue to inspire his current practice.

Of course, not only is it an opportunity to get up close and personal with a variety of the man’s work, it’s also likely to be an opportunity to buy some of the art itself, should you have some spare cash stashed away, as well as being able to chat with the gallery about any potential investments.

You’ll find the exhibition at the Hang Up Gallery, 56 Stoke Newington High Street, London N16 7PB. It runs from 7th September through to 27th October 2013, with admission free.
