In Help!, Ringo is bizarrely the human sacrifice target of a cult and the band must try to protect him from it.

Ringo’s life is imperiled by by an ancient ring stuck on his finger. The ring makes him a target of a group of demented mystics, who chase the band from London to the Swiss Alps to the Bahamas.

All this to a great mid-60s Beatles soundtrack (arguably their best era) featuring songs such as ‘Help’, ‘You’re Gonna Lose That Girl’, ‘Ticket To Ride’, ‘You’ve Got To Hide Your Love Away’ and many more.

A typical sixties runaround, but saying that, it is arguably The Beatles best film. Although that might not be saying much.
