Yes, it is that time of year. It’s time to mention The Jam and Small Faces Christmas cards by Piper Gates Design.

Actually, I should say Paul Weller, the Jam and Small Faces, as each is given a Christmas makeover by Piper Gates Design, the artist behind the hugely popular and now sold-out Quadrophenia print (more on that in a moment), as well as a large range of music-based greetings cards. There was even a Small Faces colouring book once, too, which has also now sadly sold through.

Take your pick from the designs here, which will no doubt `appeal to anyone who is a fan of the band (or man) concerned. Mod icons in Christmas hats influenced by the classic design of Penguin Books. That’s pretty much it, really.

If you want to see the wider range, you can do that here. There are plenty to choose from, including the non-Christmas Weller design I’ve flagged up here.

Or if you want the Christmas ones, each is A5 in size, and each sells for £3.49.

If you missed out on previous limited edition runs of the massively popular Quadrophenia print, you might be in luck. A new and small run of the prints, like the one above, is due to drop at the end of November. As ever, it will be a limited run, and they will sell out on the day. When I get a definite date and time, I will let you know.
