The Sounds and Pressure team bring out their new improved soundsystem twice to the Midlands in the next month.
First up is Scorcher in Birmingham on Saturday November 22nd. Brian Kelson and Phil Bush bring their usual mix of skinhead and mod sounds to this annual event, taking place at Cob’s Bar, 125 Sherlock Road, Digbeth. The event runs 7.30pm-2.30am (although there is also a daytime get-together), with entry being £6.
Then in Peterborough on the Saturday December 6th the guys team up with the Blue Cat Reggae Club and Peterborough Lambretta & Vespa Scooter Club boys for a charity event at The Limetree, Paston Lane (5.00pm ’til midnight, followed by an after-party). DJ’s confirmed for this event are Oxford Paul, Phil Bush, Kris Tebbutts, Paul Davis, Brian Kelson and Mark Wilson. Entry is £3.50, and there is a raffle to be held during the night, proceeds of which will go to The Sue Ryder Hospice in Peterborough.
