The Draytones: album and tour

Anglo-Argentinian beatsters The Draytones have announced details of their first full-length LP.Draytones

Up In My Head is out on 1965 Records on April 14th. The 10-track album is a diverse collection of guitar-pop songs with excellent Kinks/Beatles-esque melodies and Creation/Who-like guitar sounds.

2. After All
3. Heart Shaped Line
4. As High As I Can
5. On The Way
6. Don’t Talk To Me
7. Summer’s Arrived
8. I Have To Go
9. Throwing Stones
10. Flowers On The Bridge

The rocking Turn It Down is the first single from the album and is released on March 31st.

And to round off an exciting period for the band comes news that Paul Weller has hand-picked the three-piece to support him on his May UK tour. Before that you can see them at a weekly residency spot at London’s 12 Bar venue.
