No point putting this in the calendar now as The Sunday Social in Dublin takes place on the same day each month – the last Sunday of each and every month.
It’s described as a ‘melting pot’ of the country’s mod scene, with DJs, live bands and clobber in one place. So expect DJs spinning original vinyl, live performances by the likes of The Urges, The Strypes and ReSoul, plus Gillian Long from Cock of the Walk Tailors (who some of you might remember from the forums), making the journey from Salford to Dublin to measure up for some made-to-measure clobber.
You’ll also find retailers present too, selling everything from records to art.
The Sunday Social runs from 4pm ’til 11pm, with free admission. You’ll find it at The Grand Social, Ha’Penny Bridge in the city. If you want to contribute in some capacity or want to sell at the event, contact [email protected].
