Weller repeats forest tour this June

by Modculture 13 January, 2009

Back in 2004, Paul Weller played a series of sell-out gigs in English forests. Well this June he repeats the trick with a string of dates as part of Forestry Commission Live Music 2009.

He will perform at:
Thetford Forest, nr. Brandon, Suffolk (June 5th)
Delamere Forest, Cheshire (12th)
Sherwood Pines Forest Park, nr. Edwinstowe, Notts (19th)
Westonbirt Arboretum, nr. Tetbury, Gloustershire (20th)
Cannock Chase Forest, nr. Rugeley, Staffs (26th)
Dalby Forest, nr. Pickering, Yorks (27th)

Tickets go on general sale this Friday (16th) from 9am. They cost £33 (plus booking fee) from the Forestry Commission Box Office: 01842 814612 and at www.forestry.gov.uk/music

However there will be a pre-sale for the faithful fanbase starting 24 hours earlier. The link for the pre-sale tickets is here, active from 9am on Thursday.
