This was a popular reissue in 2010. I suspect the Adidas Dublin trainers reissue in 2017 will eclipse that further.
In fact, the article on the 2010 reissue is still one of the more popular pages on this site, would you believe. That probably gives you an idea of just how many people are after a pair of these.
Annoyingly, this reissue of the classic 1976 City Series shoe is a Size? exclusive. That probably means disappointment for most people and high prices in eBay about 15 minutes after launch. It’s a pattern seen time and time again. But it is worth trying for a pair.
The shoe was the base design for the likes of the Adidas London, Adidas Koln and Adidas Berlin too, all of which prove popular when reissues land. But everyone loves an orignal.
That shoe has the trademark smooth suede upper in a deep royal blue, along with the vibrant orange stripes and the gum midsole unit. It’s available via Size? and in its stores from early morning on Friday 17th November for £80.
