One of the most requested colour combinations, the Adidas Gazelle trainers in claret and blue are now back on the shelves.
Good news for fans of the Gazelle of course, but particularly good news for fans of particular football clubs. That’s the pull here. If you are a fan of the likes of West Ham, Burnley or Aston Villa (to name just a few) then these have added appeal. It’s the reason why this combination is the most requested of pretty much all the range.
Adidas last produced it back in 2010 and I’ve had weekly emails asking how you get a pair ever since. The stock response is to check on eBay but right now you can pick them up from a retailer at the usual price, not some inflated price.
As a shoe, this is the standard Gazelle of now, which is actually a shape based on the shoe produced in 1991 for some reason. It has a suede upper, contrasting detailing, gold branding and a white sole.
If you have any money left after Christmas and you are not shopping the sales, you can pick up a pair of these Gazelles in most sizes for £70 right now.
Of course, I can’t guarantee how long stock will last so if you have pined after a pair, get them now before the disappointment of them selling out and disappearing for years sets in.
