I was actually planing to reread this and review it. But as it’s a limited edition, I thought I would flag up the reissue of All About My Girl by Jason Brummell ahead of that review too.
The book was out a few years back, with 1,000 copies selling out – hence the need for a reprint. That reprint is in a run of just 250, with a new and stylish cover from the hand of Steve Millington, aka Dry British.
As for the book, that’s pretty much a tribute to the original mod era, inspired by both the tales of that era and some of the writers who have previously covered that that period.
Saying that, it’s an original tale about the London mod scene and based on what I recall from first reading it (a few years back), a rather good one too.
The book is reissued via the author’s new Suave Collective Publishing and available to order now for £5.99 plus postage. All proceeds will go to support future book releases on the label. As I said, look out for a review in the not-too-distant future.

Not that if you are a Kindle person, the book is still available in that format for £2.39. Details of that can be found here.
