It needs work, but we are sure this Italian 1960 Lambretta 125 LI S2 scooter on eBay will not be short of admirers.
According to the seller, the scooter has been in the same family and garaged since 2000 and was only used on the road for a year.
It has been ‘started periodically’ but is now ‘proving difficult to keep running after the initial start up’. On the plus side, everything is complete, but it just needs someone coming in, sorting out the mechanics and giving it a new paint job, which has started to flake / chip away. Also, the front and back racks require re-chroming along with the back rest and sidebars. See the listing for close-up shots.
But it is a scooter with genuine potential. Currently up for an auction on eBay, it is at £1,800.
