This is a joy to look at. Hopefully this Italian 1961 Lambretta Li 125 scooter on eBay will be a joy to ride for someone soon.
A proper auction for it too, which is always a bonus.
The scooter is a series 2 from 1961 that was imported into the UK from Italy around five years ago. it has recently been registered after a ‘painstaking nut and bolt restoration’ to a ‘superb standard’, which has resulting in a scooter looking ‘as good as the day it was made back in 1961’.
According to the seller, this one ‘runs and rides superb’ but requires ‘just a few minor bits to finish’. Specifically that’s the handles put on the side panels and the Lambretta side panel badges. The seller has them, but hasn’t yet put them on.
Note that the Lambretta is registered as a 125 but has a brand new 200cc engine fitted, which will need running in.
