News of a new soul and R&B night (throwing in a bit of blues and jazz) for Edinburgh – Land Of 1000 Dances.
Confirmed dates are Saturdays 11th September and 9th October at Studio 24, Carlton Road, Edinburgh, with the playlist apparently suited to those 'who like a little Elmore James and Slim Harpo with their Jimmy McGriff and Temptations'.
It runs from 11pm – 3am, with admission free before 11:30pm, £5 or £4 (students/members) after. More details on the club's Facebook page.
