Sticking to the cycling theme and partly as a compare and contrast exercise against the recent Bradley Wiggins tops, I’m flagging up the Le Coq Sportif L’Eroica vintage-style cycling shirts.
All are pictured here and all are available online right now. The shirts are intentionally vintage, created for the L’Eroica road race, which takes place on Italian roads and only allows the use of bikes made before 1987.
This range of cycling gear falls into that spirit, with all the tops made of wool and all in a ‘classic cycling jersey’ fit (ie slim). The designs differ, but all have the race branding and a zip collar. See all the shirts above and below. There are also matching caps if you want to go the whole way!
