Probably more of interest to fans of punk, Our Generation by Tony Beesley does take in the mod revival and should certainly be of interest to anyone brought up in the Sheffield area.
According to the author, Our Generation is the 'very first account of the punk generation of Sheffield and the local region told by the author and over 150 different and varied voices of the era', covering everything from the music and memorabilia through to the fashion and the people. However, it also takes in the local mod revival and the two tone movement in the city too.
