Three albums by The Jam are getting the vinyl reissue treatment this month.
Those albums are All Mod Cons, Setting Sons and Sound Affects, which are all returning as new vinyl editions on 21st April 2017.
Anything new? Doesn’t sound like it. According to the pre-release descriptions, each one is a 180g heavyweight reissue that comes with download codes, single LP sleeves and printed inner bags. No extras beyond that.
So it’s probably aimed at people who want to upgrade their existing copy or who never got round to picking any of the albums up on vinyl in the first place.
If you fit into any of those categories, the albums are available from Amazon but seem to be a little cheaper at Sound of Vinyl.
