It has been quiet for a time in regard to Midnight Of My Life, but the Steve Marriott short film is finished and about to be unleashed.
The film will soon be sent out to those who pledged money for either a DVD or a download. For everyone else, it looks like you will have to keep an eye out for it at various film festivals for now – although it is likely be offered as a download at some point.
If you want to see it on the big screen, the movie, starring Martin Freeman as a middled-aged Marriott playing a club gig on the night of the Live Aid event, it is showing for the first time at the London Film Festival.
However, note that it is a shirt film, showing as part of package of nine short films at either the BFI Southbank or the Ritzy Cinema on Saturday 10th and Monday 12th October respectively. Tickets for that can be purchased here when they go on sale.
When we hear of further screenings, we’ll let you know. To get a taste of it, here (exclusively) is the first chance to see the first trailer for Midnight Of My Life.
