Not cheap, but the Vespa retro waterproof circular bag range, available directly from Vespa, certainly catches the eye.
Yes, this is a range, but it is basically the same design reworked with different designs, those designs based around various flags and similar colour schemes.
The initial design throws a knowing nod to Vespa’s past too, with the circular design based on the protective covers for spare wheels found on the 1970s Vespa models. But reduced in size a little I presume.
I am presuming that because Vespa/Piaggio doesn’t actually give a sizing for any of the bags on its website. But I can’t see these being huge designs, they look more like the kind of bags you would carry your daytime (or nighttime) essentials in rather than being something for a weekend away.
As for those designs, you can choose from Italian, English, French, American and Brazilian flags, although the US version seems to be missing right now. I would guess it has sold out or is yet to come. The bags are also available in two darker colour combinations, both based around the target design.
