I get so many enquiries about this that I am covering the Maison Kitsune Tricolour Windbreaker on here at last.
I say at last because I did write about it on His Knibs, but despite that, I still get messages to Modculture about the bomber jacket Paul Weller wore. Well, it’s this one and as luck would have it, the jacket has just returned to the shelves.
He wore it around 2016 or so at various events, not least some BBC recordings. You can see a shot from a Radio 2 event below with Mr Weller wearing the very same jacket. It has been in and out of the range since, tending to return in different colours for the summer season. Right now it is back in the navy blue, which is a bonus.
But this is a premium brand. I have featured more budget bomber jackets in the past, notably the budget monkey jackets by Real Hoxton of late. So if finances are an issue, look elsewhere.
If you have some money to spend and an eye on a summer jacket, you will find that the Maison Kitsune Windbreaker is a lightweight jacket with a classic look and shape, made from polyester and finished with the ribbed collar, cuffs and hem in a navy and white stripe.
Also present are press stud pockets, a contrasting white zip front and the Tricolour Fox logo of Maison Kitsune on the chest.
If that works for you, all the sizes are on the shelves right now, priced at £209 each.
