If you have some money to spare, you could always throw it at the owner of this Lambretta Golden Special, who is selling the scooter pictured here on eBay.
It dates from 1965, with the special edition restored in 2006. According to the seller, it is kept inside most of the time, only heading on Sundays and only in good weather. That’s a long way of saying well looked after I think.
The seller also adds that it is ‘stunning’, in ‘mint condition’ and ’runs perfect’. All those many lights work, as do the air horns.
