A new take on a classic. Actually, the Fred Perry Ealing bomber jacket is a take on two classics.
The Ealing mixes the classic harrington jacket with the equally classic bomber jacket, with the harrington probably coming out on top.
In fact, as lot of the details are the details of the Fred Perry harrington, including the button-down pockets, tartan lining, umbrella back vent and Laurel Wreath logo. But no buttoned collar here, this one has a funnel neck, as well as adjustable buttoned cuffs.
We’re pretty sure this is a new design rather than one from the archives, although the retailer’s description hints at the latter. Make your own mind up. If the jacket appeals regardless of its heritage, you can pick one up for £149.
