Before we start, this isn’t cheap. This is a signed, limited edition silkscreen print of the art from The Who’s latest album. Hunt around, you will not find a cheap Peter Blake limited edition with his signature on it. At least, not a real one. This is an investment piece and will sell out quickly.

The art is for The Who’s first studio album in thirteen years, simply titled ‘Who’. To celebrate, British pop artist Sir Peter Blake was asked to design the official album artwork.

The glossy artwork has been made up of a rich variety of 25 colours and varnishes, and has even been made into an animation for the official video of their two new songs, ‘Ball and Chain’, and ‘All This Music Must Fade’.

The edition size is just 150 and the image size is 550 x 550 mm, printed not paper sized at 730 x 750 mm. Note that you are buying the print, but you can enquire about framing options. It doesn’t come with a default frame.

If you want one, you’ll need to find £1,194 and soon as it will sell through. Can’t afford it? There is a cheaper option.

You could just buy the vinyl for £24.99 and put it into a vinyl-sized frame. The quality and collectability aren’t the same, but you will get the image on your wall.
