Anoka rain jacket by Penfield

Penfield

Probably better known for anoraks, parkas and general winter wear, Penfield is now offering a classic raincoat, going by the name of the Penfield Anoka rain jacket.

It's about as traditional as it comes at first glance. Up close, it's a slightly different story, with the coat made of a three-layer fabric for durability and comes with a contrast tricot lining. There's some minor branding on the rear collar too – which could be an issue.

Aside from that, detailing includes fully taped seams, side wall buttons, concealed button opening, a couple of pockets and a vent at the back. More images online (although Hip's new site annoyingly doesn't offer large full length images anymore), £160 is the price.
