Just out is a new book that’s likely to be of interest, specifically Mods – guía para una vida (guide for smart life) by Dani Llabres.

The book is a Spanish title and as such, is written is Spanish. So if you have a good working knowledge of that language (or it is your first language), then this should be right up your street.

If you don’t speak Spanish, don’t worry, as there are lots of images in here that are certain to appeal to the eye. According to Dani, the book has 480 pages, with more than 600 ‘definitions’ covering bands and singers, clothes and clothing brands, movies and TV series, record labels and recording studios, models and designers, writers and journalists, artists and art movements, producers and musical genres, iconic clubs, scooters and more.

To get the point across, there are more than 300 images in total here, including 16 colour pages.

I’m hoping to do a review of the title soon (as a non-Spanish speaker), but if this is anything like the wonderful Club 45 book by Alex Cooper (also out of Spain), then it might just be a treat.

The book will be available first in its official launch during the next EuroYeye event. After that, you will be able to buy it on the publisher website. You can also get more details via the Facebook page.
