Not cheap by any means, but the Anglozine 1960s-style Decima zip cardigan is a good-looking piece of knitwear.
The label is an interesting one and while not trading as a ‘mod’ label, there is a strong mod influence about the designs produced by Anglozine. You might recall the Style Council-inspired jacket it produced last year.
The new collection is now here and again, there are some eye-catching pieces, none more so than the zip cardigan here.
It’s the kind of cardigan that was popular in the 1960s and probably beyond. But this kind of knit isn’t a common sight today, which is why it is such a welcome addition to the shelves.
Choose from the three colour options shown here, each one a 12 gauge lightweight cotton cardigan with a straight hem, full zip front, chest pocket, ribbed hem and cuff plus that contrasting detail to the front and what I would describe as a good-sized collar.
Each one of the cardigans is made in Italy and produced with Italian yarn. It’s available to order now, but you will need £195 if you want one.
