I don’t know about you, but we’re getting a touch of the Fred Perry about this John Smedley Active Striped knitted cotton polo shirt.
The white and teal stripes around the collar, that deep red colourway – it’s very much in Fred Perry territory. Except of course, this is made by John Smedley. Which means the construction is a 100 per cent Sea Island cotton for the construction, with logos kept to an absolute minimum (just that tiny motif on the hem).
No detailing on the sleeves, with a simple three-button collar finishing things off. Obviously more expensive tan an FP polo too, coming in at £125.
