That’s right, this is a Paul Weller one-off vinyl acetate on eBay – and bidding is already strong.
It’s a charity auction as you might have guessed, one in conjunction with Soho Radio and with proceeds going to housing and homelessness charity Shelter.
As for the record, last month Paul Weller performed Glide, from his new album True Meanings, live at a Soho Radio Vinyl Session. After the session, the live track was cut directly to vinyl using the station’s bespoke lathe, hence the one-of-a-kind nature of it.
